Dr Daniel Quin

Daniel brings his life experience as a psychologist, teacher, and parent to his practice. He brings a warmth and easy calm to children and adults alike.

Because of his background as a school teacher, he has specific expertise in the area of school education. He has supported students and teachers with mental health, learning difficulties, wellbeing, and behavioural management.

Additionally, Daniel has represented Australia in athletics and still competes regularly. He is well versed in achieving elite performances while juggling work, study, and family commitments.

He collaborates with his clients to develop a good fit between their personal life stage and their key roles within family, community and work. This fit is informed by his experiences as a psychologist, teacher, athlete, parent, and active member of his childrens' school community. The collaboration, with clients, may include working towards better relationships and goals in these roles.

Having published in peer-reviewed educational psychology journals, Daniel is particularly knowledgeable in evidence-based approaches.

Daniel's formal qualifications include:

Registered Psychologist (AHPRA)
